This time lapse video was created by taking nearly 1000 photo frames of the night sky. Each frame was then edited, saved and then imported into a program that compiled the images into a playable video.
The time lapse features the northeast sky during the peak of the orionids meteor shower. Ursa Major, better known as the big dipper is front and center and ascends up and over the church’s steeple as the time lapse progresses. Several meteors were captured during this photographic shoot, so watch closely! They happen fast!
